General Purpose:

Maintain coordinator role for TEN Care in accordance with TEN's vision, mission and expectations. Perform necessary day-to-day incident coordination activities and functions for TEN Care as defined within identified responsibilities below. Provide necessary support for TEN's Branches, vendors and customers that will assist with profitable growth and development of TEN Care. Participate as a “key” member of the TEN Care program by assisting in promoting a work atmosphere where associates are excited to be part of a team that is focused on customer satisfaction and the profitable growth of TEN Care to the benefit of Transportation Equipment Network

Corporate Responsibilities:

  • - Understand and comply with TEN's Corporate Expectations and company policies in everything you do at TEN. (Transportation Equipment Network)
  • - Communicate, model and maintain compliance with Star’s corporate expectations and policies by incorporating those behaviors into all routine interactions with TEN associates, customers and vendors.
  • - All TEN associates are asked to be “mindful” of their personal health and expected to work safely at all times for themselves and their families. Additionally, TEN associates are expected to “lookout” for the safety of others and immediately communicate any safety related concerns to the appropriate person(s), regardless of position or rank.
  • - Assist TEN Care Program Manager and TEN Care Program Administrator as instructed, helping to ensure TEN's program is a productive and viable program within TEN.
  • - Ensure physical appearance of designated workspace meet and or exceed TEN's expectations as determined by TEN Care Program Manager.
  • - Provide ideas and feedback on how to improve customer/vendor service to TEN Care Program Manager.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • - Assist customers with OTR breakdown incidents from initial call in to completion of incident in a professional/courteous manner in accordance with TEN's standards and expectations.
  • - Coordinate each incident thoroughly and ensure proper notes and data are entered into TEN's system to easily identify incident details.
  • - Locate and assign a “preferred” vendor to each incident by utilizing proper vendor network search engine(s). Ensure proper and professional communication with vendor until incident is resolved. Ensure vendor is assigned a TEN reference number at time of initial report/call in.

Administrative Responsibilities: (cont’d)

  • - Communicate to customers, periodic incident updates throughout duration of OTR incident to ensure customers are aware of all incident details.
  • - Utilize proper OTR incident tracking tools as provided by TEN's Program Manager to properly track each incident and to assist in retrieval of invoices from vendors. Ensure all data on invoice is correct and provide vendor with purchase order number.
  • - Assist TEN's Program Manager and Administrator with retrieval of “National Account” tire vendor invoices when necessary and as directed.
  • - Handle conflicts professionally, properly, and report all conflicts to TEN's Program Manager to ensure proper follow up is executed.
  • - Develop, maintain and distributes weekly & monthly SBS and branch performance reports as determined by TEN'sProgram Manager.

  • - Good understanding of maintenance practices/procedures within our industry
