We are looking for an experienced National Partnerships Executive to lead the company's efforts to expand relationships with large, multi-location temperature-controlled prospects and customers across the US.
As a National Partnerships Executive, you will proactively assess, clarify and validate new strategic market opportunities and customers needs on an on-going basis. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
Knowing the products/services of the accounts
Partnering with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that may prevent growth
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
Identifying customer trends and bring forward recommendations for change
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
Monitoring industry news and developments to stay up to date on potential opportunities
At least five (5) years of experience in business, sales, marketing or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good customer relationship skills
Strong communication skills ( verbal and written)
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
Able to travel as needed
